1. Absolutely no driving while under the influence of alcohol.

2. NO BRAKES! NO RACING! NO EXCEPTIONS!

3. All karts must have visible 6 inch numbers! Must be on 3 sides of your kart. If you are told you have 2 weeks to get a number if you do not have a number after 2 weeks you will forfeit your money.

4. Helmet, neck brace, gloves and racing jackets or long sleeves are mandatory. If you are not wearing proper PPE you will not be able to race.

5. Three cautions before first lap single file.

6. Race starts after the line/cone. If for any reason the pole person has not started the race the flagman will start the race if he/she likes the line up. If you fire before the first line you will be put in rear.

7. Three cautions and you will be black flagged.

8. No refueling on track exceptions are Outlaw and Stock Appearing. If you refuel in any class other than the stated classed you will go to the rear.

9. If the kart you qualified in breaks or tears up and you exchange you will be put in the rear for the next race.

10. All karts must weigh after heat race top 4 in main but others come to scales if the top 3 are good no one else has to weigh. If you are light in the heat you must start in the rear in main. If you are light in main you lose your money for the night.

11. No courtesy laps are given.

12. You must sign up for all classes before driver’s meeting. After the driver’s meeting there will be no changes made unless there is one kart in a class.

13. There will be a 2 minute time limit to get on the track; if you are not on the track within that time limit we will start the race without you.

14. If your motor will not crank please have the courtesy to leave the track if it doesn’t crank you are holding the race up.

15. If you leave the track and no lap has been made you may return but if there has been a lap completed do not go back on you will not make it up.

16. If you deliberately spin someone out on the last lap to win, to gain a position, or to maintain a position anywhere on the track you have not gained anything we will go back to the white flag lap to determine the finishing order.

17. The track reserves the right to do whatever needed to keep order.

18. All track decisions are final.

19. Track officials will decide rules not covered.

20. If you spin out stay on your kart until we get the others slowed down or you will be black flagged. This is for your safety not ours.

21. When lining up please stop before you get to the flag stand so you can see the flagman.

22. Racing slicks only!! No narrow tires will be allowed!
